The accommodation was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well-equipped, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine and dishwasher. the back garden was a lovely spot to relax in, and despite being on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. the welcome text message with the key code was a convenient touch.
Finding the property was a bit confusing, as the picture and directions on Google were incorrect. Parking on the busy main road was also a downside, as it was a bit tricky and inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a lovely cottage in Barnstaple called Westeria. My purpose of travel was to explore the beautiful coastal areas and Exmoor National Park, and this location was perfect for that. The cottage was well equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room that felt just like home. The living room had a comfortable lounge area and a smart TV, and there was even a porch at the front for additional seating. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The property itself was beautifully designed and decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was a must for me, and I also enjoyed using the Alexa device for music. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Westeria Cottage to others.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location of the cottage is excellent, with beautiful coastal areas to explore and easy access to nearby restaurants. the kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay. the garden is a great feature, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities or having a BBQ.
Some minor issues were noticed, such as the Wifi occasionally cutting out and the lack of cleaning products and toilet roll provided. these issues should not overshadow the overall great experience at this property.

We had a comfortable stay at a lovely cottage with modern facilities. the property was clean and had a nice outdoor space. the kitchen and bathroom were well provisioned. the location was convenient for exploring North Devon, with attractions like Clovelly and Lynmouth/Valley of Rocks within easy reach. We also appreciated the extra touch of having Christmas trees in the lounge. it was a comfortable stay in a nice location.
Don't have any issues at all. 👍.

The location was great, close to shops and supermarkets, making it convenient for our needs. the outdoor space was nice, although we didn't use it much during our winter stay. the key collection process was incredibly easy and hassle-free.
One disappointment was the lack of basic amenities provided. We would have appreciated having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and tea/coffee to get us started, especially after a long journey.

We got excellent value for our money at Westeria Cottage. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal areas and Exmoor National Park. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Breakfast delights, a little more variety in the breakfast spread would have been a nice addition.

The property was clean and tidy, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The cottage, despite being around 250 years old, had modern facilities. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was within an hour's drive of attractions like Clovelly and Lynmouth/Valley of Rocks.
It was a bit challenging to find the property, as the picture and directions on Google were incorrect. The parking situation was not ideal, as we had to park on a busy main road or pay for parking elsewhere.

The location of this cottage is very convenient, as it is situated on the main road leading to Barnstaple and Instow. This makes it easy to reach various places by car or public transport. There is also a shop and pub within walking distance, providing added convenience for guests. The cottage is well equipped, with good internet connection and a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms have thick carpets and the dining table is spacious. The bathroom light was quickly fixed when there was an issue.
There were a few minor issues, such as a tricky keybox and a not very responsive TV remote. Additionally, the property is located on a busy road, which may not be ideal for those looking for peace and quiet.

Perfect location, spacious accommodation, and the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge had a cozy touch with Christmas trees, and the house was warm and immaculate on arrival. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely. The huge porch was a lifesaver for wet clothes and muddy boots. Easy parking and would definitely stay again.

Our bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with a shower over the bath and towels provided. The hotel was beautifully designed and decorated. The location was excellent, with easy access to Appledore, Quay walks, and restaurants. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful coastal areas and Exmoor National Park nearby. a great stay that we would definitely recommend.

The cottage was well equipped, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. the internet connection was reliable, which was great for staying connected. the location was ideal, being conveniently located on a main road, making it easy to get around by car or bus. Having a shop and pub just down the road was an added bonus.
The lockbox was a bit tricky to open and could use some lubrication. Parking on the street in front of the cottage was difficult due to the busy road and narrow space.
